Citrucel

• Methylcellulose fiber for irregularity
• Gentle relief of occasional constipation
• Won’t cause excess gas

Citrucel® fiber caplets offer gentle relief of occasional constipation by delivering 500 mg of methylcellulose, a non-allergenic bulk- forming fiber laxative. Benefits of fiber include improved regularity, support for detoxification, support for cholesterol and blood sugar levels already within the normal range and more. Unlike psyllium fiber, methylcellulose fiber does not ferment in the large intestine which means you can enjoy the benefits of fiber without excess gas.
